How Linte helped build Loja Integrada’s legal department from scratch

From analyst to legal leader in nine months

Born in São Carlos, in São Paulo state, Steffani always dreamed of studying law at a public university. Although she was born in a university town, she had to move to Franca to begin her studies at a public university, Unesp.

In 2017, after graduating, she moved to the state capital and started her career working in several areas, from contracts to tax, until she got the opportunity to build the Legal area of Loja Integrada completely from scratch.

At first she used Excel spreadsheets, organized files on Google Drive and had to perform tasks manually. In less than a year, she watched the team grow from 63 to 170 employees and was promoted from analyst to Legal Affairs Leader.

With a lean legal team, Steffani found it hard to process Loja Integrada’s large volume of documents, especially because she had to open the corresponding folders, search by name and add the information one by one.
