Frequently asked questions

Everything about how Linte works in practice: rollout, pricing, integrations, benefits and much more.

Pricing is flexible and shaped by the size of the project and how mature the team already is with automation. There is no fixed price list: every proposal is built for the customer’s context.

Factors that go into it:

  • How many documents and workflows will be automated
  • Monthly document volume, or the historical base to be migrated
  • Number of users involved (drafters, reviewers, approvers, admins)
  • How complex the required integrations and customizations are
  • The level of support and service expected throughout the project

You can start with a leaner scope, prioritizing the most critical workflows. The platform is scalable, so new workflows, documents and modules come in later as the solution grows internally.

Rollout is run with close, consultative guidance, always respecting the company’s own pace and priorities.

The steps:

  • Alignment kick-off: we map the team’s goals and current bottlenecks and agree on the next steps together
  • Workflow and document mapping: we design the workflows in the initial scope and define rules and key fields
  • Configuration and testing: we tailor the environment and test it with key users
  • Training and go-live: hands-on training so the team operates confidently and adoption is complete

After go-live, customers stay covered by responsive, human technical support. Larger projects can also count on a dedicated point of contact.

Yes. Linte has an open, documented API, which allows integration with:

  • ERPs such as SAP, TOTVS and Oracle
  • E-signature platforms
  • Document management systems and internal repositories
  • Communication and productivity tools such as Teams, Slack or email

Integrations with e-signature providers such as DocuSign, ClickSign and D4Sign are native: no setup required and no extra cost.

The others are defined by what the project needs, from a single-purpose connection to more complex work, such as two-way ERP integration.

The main differentiator is flexibility and adaptability. The platform:

  • Doesn’t impose rigid standards
  • Keeps up as the company’s processes evolve and grow

  • Lower risk: avoids fines, sanctions and reputational damage

  • Full control: documents centralized and traceable
  • Data-driven decisions: dashboards, reports and strategic indicators

Before the first meeting, it helps to think about:

  • Which areas request the most contracts or documents?
  • What are the most common bottlenecks (review, approval, signature, storage)?
  • How many standard templates or drafts does your company use today?
  • How are tasks organized and tracked?

Linte is a fit for companies with high document volume and complex processes. It is especially useful if:

  • You handle complex contracts, legal opinions or regulatory documents
  • Many people are involved in the process (legal, compliance, signatories)
  • There is rework, or documents are hard to find
  • The legal team is overloaded with operational tasks
  • The operation depends on spreadsheets or disconnected systems
  • It is hard to monitor SLAs or open items in real time
  • You need traceability, access control and regulatory compliance (LGPD, Bacen, CVM)

Sectors such as financial services, real estate, healthcare, technology and regulated legal work usually find high value in the solution.
