Do I have to replace the systems my team already uses?

No. Linte connects to the stack that is already in place, from the ERP to the signature tool and the team’s repository, and exposes your data to external tools under governed access. What changes is that processes, documents and rules stop living in separate places.

How long does it take to go live?

It depends on the use case, not on the size of the company. The rollout starts with the cases you prioritize, with success criteria defined up front, and the first one goes into operation before the rest is configured. The legal engineers run this with your team, not for them.

Does the AI decide in my team’s place?

No. The agents read, compare against your playbook, flag deviations and suggest wording. The assessment and the decision stay with whoever is accountable for them, and the decision is recorded in the process.

Where do the answers come from?

From your own base: the documents, data and rules your company put into Linte. Every answer points to the clause or the record that supports it, so the team can check it. A generic model reading a folder of PDFs does none of that.

Does my data train someone else’s models?

No. Your knowledge feeds your agents and nothing else. Linte is SOC 2 Type 2 certified, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and keeps a dedicated Trust Center.

Is it only for legal?

No. The same base runs procurement and compliance, which is why vendor onboarding, diligences and approvals share the context instead of each one rebuilding it. Most operations start with one area and open the next one on the same base.
